Transformative Career Exploration Opportunities for Students
An added benefit we provide to participating school districts and community partners who register for our Compelling Why Success Sessions or Leadership Series is the chance for their students to attend a Career Exploration experience. These expertly curated and impactful “behind-the-scenes” adventures offer an in-depth look at companies, organizations, their people, and operations.
Through our Success Sessions, students meet and learn from business and community leaders about the pillars of success. Our Leadership Series, designed to introduce students to the leadership qualities employers value, helps them understand the practical application of these qualities in their future careers. Career Exploration then connects who they have met and what they have learned to tangible examples of various professions and what they entail.
Career Exploration experiences have included visiting an aerospace engineering firm, learning about entrepreneurship from a small business owner, and gaining unique insights into our judicial system through a visit to the Dallas County and District Courts, courtesy of a presiding judge.
